Dear Residents

The WHOA is currently having difficulty in communicating to all residents important and valuable information due to the database not being updated with relevant contact details. In the interest of ensuring that all residents are well informed of relevant and important information, the WHOA has endeavoured to initiate a process to have the database updated with relevant information for this purpose.

It is important to be aware that with reference to the POPI legislation, all information is secure and not shared with any third parties. However, it is imperative that our database is complete and updated. This process will also allow the Association to review all units and remove irrelevant and unnecessary information from the database.

The WHOA is therefore requesting all residents to have their unit details updated at the registrations office in due time and within the next 3 months. We have decided to divide the Estate into three areas and to dedicate specific areas (Streets) to a specific time frame as follow:
 

1. October – Ruimsig Crescent, Riverside Close, Rossmund Street, Clovelly Avenue, Wanderers Crescent and Emfuleni Avenue
2. November – Glendower Drive, Mazabuka Street, Chilanga Close, Warren Hills Close, Helderkruin Crescent, Konkola Crescent and Gweru Street
3. December – Observatory Drive, Woodhill Drive, Ezulwini Close, Leopard Rock Drive, Brondesbury Close and Glenvista Close

 
The WHOA is in need of the following critical information per Unit and residents are requested to have same ready upon update at the registrations office:
 

1. Names and surnames and ID numbers of all persons registered per unit.
2. Dial List review (Persons allowed to be on the dial list per unit).
3. All persons on the unit E-mail address and telephone numbers.
4. All vehicles registration numbers, make and colour.

 
Please be advised that no registration fees for this process is payable. Only new registration to a Unit requires the payable fee of R 35-00 and also to have valid Identification and drivers licence upon registration.
