Dear Residents

The contractors’ gate will close down for the festive season on Tuesday the 14^th of December 2021 at 18h00. It will remain closed until Monday morning the 10^th of January 2022 at 07h00 when normal contractors’ activities may resume.
 
No contractors will be allowed inside the Estate from Wednesday 15 December 2021 until Monday 10 January 2022 at 07h00. Residents’ private time is considered and respected and only emergency plumbers, electricians, etc. will be allowed.
 
Garden maintenance services will be allowed (both stay-in gardeners and external garden services).
 
Transport companies for relocations will also be allowed for delivery and removal of household contents to and from the Estate.
 
The WHOA registrations office will remain open as normal except for public holidays.
