Dear Residents,

As some of the residents are well aware, we have various conference and function facilities at the Clubhouse. We wish to invite and encourage residents and members to make use of these facilities, which are right at your doorstep.
 

For those who are not aware, homeowners are entitled to a free venue per annum – you will not be required to pay facility venue hire (for family related functions only), but please be advised that a service fee of R55 per person will be charged.

We would like to highlight that Fever Tree is excluded from the above. For detailed information regarding the above and further available options, please feel free to visit the website, or download the brochure and contract provided below.
