Dear Residents

Please be advised that the WHOA is aware of, amongst others, various streetlights that have not been working for quite some time now. The WHOA is currently in process of seeking legal advice and plan to place the council on terms pertaining to service delivery in general, and at all levels. We have recently engaged with our ward councillors in an attempt to resolve the outstanding matters. We thank you for all your calls and reports and can assure you that this matter currently receives top priority.
