Dear Residents 

We announce with great excitement, that the planned kiddies play area between Halfway House and the tennis courts, is breaking ground on Monday the 27^th of September! The anticipated launch date for the area, including the kiddies birthday party area, is 25 to 27 November.
 
This is a phased project, donation based, and management hereby confirms that the first two donations have been secured, covering the entire phase 1, completing the surface layout including the turf that will be utilised for the entire area, and a portion of phase two as well. The project will include a jungle gym, small obstacle course and a mini putt-putt facility.

For donations, it is imperative to provide management with the following reference number, to allocate the funds correctly, and to also keep track of payments and proof thereof for auditing purposes:
