Woodhill Estate special rules amendments meeting:  27 June 2023
 
This communique serves as a reminder that the SGM (Special General Meeting) pertaining to the rules changes is destined to take place on Tuesday the 27^th of June 2023 at the Clubhouse. Registration starts at 18h00, and the meeting will commence at 19h00.
 
Please take note that proxy documentation and special resolution (ballot documents) have been sent to all homeowners on the 6^th of June 2023.  
Homeowners and/or their appointed proxies are invited to join us for this very important special general meeting.
