Dear Woodhill Residents,

This serves as a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for next week Tuesday, 22 August, at 19h00. Registration will begin at 18h00, and the meeting will commence promptly at 19h00.

For your convenience, pre-registration is still open, however, we kindly request that you take note of the approaching deadline. Pre-registrations will close on Friday, 18 August. Your presence and participation at the AGM are highly valued as we work together to strengthen the community and shape the future of the estate of choice.

We look forward to seeing you at the AGM and sharing productive discussions that will contribute to the betterment of our shared living environment.

As previously communicated, our Homeowners’ Association (HOA) has embarked on a project aimed at improving the overall security measures within the estate. One of the initiatives currently underway is the implementation of Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for vehicles entering and exiting the premises.

You may have already noticed the installation of new infrastructure at the Garsfontein security entrance gate. These installations mark the beginning of our proof-of-concept phase for the use of RFID tags for vehicles. During this phase, we will be rigorously testing the effectiveness, reliability, and efficiency of the RFID system.

It’s important to note that this project is still in its early stages and is being carefully evaluated by the HOA. We understand the significance of maintaining a secure yet convenient environment for all residents, and our aim is to ensure that any changes we make align with these principles.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we move forward with this project. We shall keep you informed of any developments and outcomes as we progress through the proof-of-concept phase.

Thank you for your understanding and support in our ongoing efforts to enhance the safety and security of the estate.

Kind Regards

Woodhill Management
