Dear Woodhill Club Members

We are excited to announce the highly anticipated 2024 Woodhill Club Championships scheduled for March 2024, proudly sponsored by CMH Ford Hatfield! This year promises to be an exceptional event, with some changes to the schedule to accommodate our growing membership and ensure fair playing conditions for all participants.

Ladies and Junior Club Championships 2024:

• Dates: 2nd and 3rd of March 2024
• Closing Date for Entries: 13:00 on the 23rd of February 2024

Men’s Club Championships 2024:

• Dates: 16th and 17th of March 2024
• Closing Date for Entries: 13:00 on the 8th of March 2024

We encourage all members to participate and showcase their skills in these championships. The Prize Giving Dinner will be held after play on the 17th of March, and we extend a warm invitation to all competitors from both Championships to join us for this celebratory event.

To ensure your participation, please note the following:

• No entry will be accepted without proof of payment.
• Members can enter online and send entries with proof of payment to proshop@woodhill.co.za
• Entries can also be submitted directly in the Pro Shop where payments can be made.

Attached to this email, you will find the Entry Form, Tournament Rules, and Local Rules. We kindly ask that you review these documents thoroughly before submitting your entry.
