Dear Residents, Members

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the resignation of Mr. Frank van Heerden from his role as Chairman of the Woodhill HOA.
 
Frank and Vera sold their property and in terms of our MOI, is therefore no longer a member of the association. Frank’s contribution through all the years and most recently as Chairperson cannot be underestimated, and it remains our belief that the Estate has benefitted greatly from his leadership, and he leaves Woodhill in a better position. We wish Frank and Vera all the very best with the next chapter in their lives.
 
Effective immediately, the Vice-Chairman, Ben Kleynhans, will assume the responsibilities of the Chairman until the next AGM, scheduled to take place in August 2024.
