Following the latest communication pertaining to the City of Tshwane Street Lights and CoT repairs project, management would like to again ensure you that we are committed and dedicated to keeping you informed on the progress of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
 
Below is the latest status on several key initiatives.
 
City of Tshwane Streetlights and Roads Projects
Good news! The City of Tshwane (CoT) has granted permission for our streetlights and roads projects, marking a significant breakthrough – as previously communicated. While we finalise procurement and ensure legal compliance, we’re actively working on securing CoT’s agreement to transition to LED lighting. Currently, we’re addressing the maintenance needs, with 220 streetlights in the process of repair.
 
Clubhouse and Facilities Solar Project
Our team is excited to share that the procurement phase for the Clubhouse and Facilities Solar Project is nearing completion. Once the proposal is presented to the Board of Directors, we anticipate resuming the project by the end of July 2024.
 
Estate Gardens and Common Areas
We are eagerly preparing for the upcoming upgrades scheduled for September 2024. In the meantime, our dedicated team is working diligently on winter maintenance, ensuring the perimeter is pristine. The flower beds at St. Bernard’s Gate and Garsfontein Gate are progressing well, promising a vibrant and beautiful landscape for all to enjoy.
 
Golf Cart and Common Areas Upgrade
Aligning with our strategic plan, we’re excited to announce the procurement stage of the golf cart parking and common areas upgrade. This project is a testament to our commitment and dedication to continuously improve and enhance our Estate, the Estate of Choice.
