Dear Residents,

We are excited to share some positive updates regarding streetlights repairs within the estate. The WHOA has successfully commenced Phase 1 of the LED streetlight installation on Woodhill Drive, specifically from the Garsfontein Gate to the Clubhouse. We are pleased to inform you that all streetlights in this section are now equipped with new cabling and breaker switches, which many of the old streetlights did not have.
 
Soon, you will notice the new LED streetlights illuminating Woodhill Drive with a modern and uniform look, enhancing both visibility and aesthetics in this area. Phase 2 is on track to be completed by 8 August, 2024.
 
Looking ahead, Phase 2 will focus on repairing streetlights in the lower parts of Woodhill, including Clovelly, Ruimsig, Riverside Close, Rossmund, Emfuleni, and Wanderers. This phase is expected to be completed by the end of September 2024. Thereafter, Phases 3, 4, and 5 will focus on upgrading the streetlights in the upper sections of Woodhill.
