Please be advised that the solar panel installation at Garsfontein Gate is scheduled to take place on Monday, 14 April 2025. In order to carry out the work safely and efficiently, the entire gate, both entrance and exit, will be completely closed from 9h00 to 14h00.

This temporary closure is necessary to allow the installation team full access to the area and to ensure the safety of all residents and workers during this project. We kindly request that you make use of alternative access points during this time. Residents and visitors are advised to use either the St. Bernard Gate or Contractor’s Gate while the work is in progress.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this important upgrade. The installation is part of the broader initiative to improve sustainability and energy efficiency within the estate, and we are committed to completing the work as swiftly as possible.
