The Board has been exploring opportunities to expand the commercial offerings at our beautiful Clubhouse. As part of this initiative, we have identified a strong need for a dedicated coffee shop to enhance and complement our existing facilities – The Terrace, Bistro@Fevertree, and Halfway House.

The concept also includes the addition of a “local” bakery offering fresh homemade breads, located in the same space, with the primary focus being the coffee shop. The bakery will also service the Terrace, Bistro@Fevertree and Halfway with freshly baked products, currently sourced from outside vendors. It will also provide freshly baked products for our Woodhill community as per demand to procure for home consumption.

We believe this combination will offer increased value and convenience for our community. In addition to a full range of quality coffees and teas, the coffee shop will also serve a selection of Freezos and Frappucinos, offering a refreshing treat for warmer days.

To evaluate the viability of this venture, we are conducting a short survey for our homeowners, golf members, padel members and regular clients. The goal is to gain insights into our coffee preferences, consumption habits, and overall interest in such an offering.
