Solar Installation Update – Nearing Completion!

Dear Residents, Members

Woodhill Management is excited to bring you the latest update on our solar installation project – and the finish is in sight. As part our part of our commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings, the team is pleased to report that excellent progress has been made.

We are proud to announce that the solar systems at the Workshop, as well as at both Garsfontein and St. Bernard gatehouses, have been fully completed and are now operational. These installations ensure that our critical access points and maintenance facilities are powered sustainably, reducing our reliance on the national power grid.

The installation at the Clubhouse, which represents the largest phase of this project, is still on track and progressing well. The team is working diligently with a target completion date set for mid-June. Once operational, the Clubhouse will benefit from a dedicated renewable energy source that supports the daily operation of the facilities – a major step forward in our sustainability journey.

We understand that the temporary closure of a portion of the Clubhouse parking area has caused some inconvenience, and we want to sincerely thank all residents and members for their patience and understanding during this period. As soon as the installation is finalised and all safety inspections are complete, the parking will be reopened for use.

With solar installations nearly complete across all targeted locations, the team is incredibly proud of the steps we are taking together as the Estate of Choice toward a cleaner and more sustainable future.

These upgrades are part of our continuous effort to move the estate from good to great – and your ongoing support is what makes it possible!

Best Regards,
Management
