Dear Residents,

Management is pleased to share a positive update on the ongoing improvements to our estate’s infrastructure.
 
The next phase of the streetlight refurbishment project has officially commenced. As part of this phase, we are addressing two recently identified underground cable faults along Mazabuka and Woodhill Drive. These faults have been scheduled for repair and are expected to be resolved by the end of the month. In addition to restoring functionality, this phase also includes the straightening and realignment of all skew or misaligned poles throughout the estate.
 
Furthermore, we would like to inform residents that 26 streetlights, which had previously been removed over the years by the City of Tshwane, will be replaced in due course. The team is currently working with City of Tshwane to make sure these lights are reinstalled smoothly as part of the estate’s lighting system.
 
We remain committed to maintaining and enhancing the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the Estate of Choice. While we are making excellent progress, we kindly remind residents that certain challenges – such as aging underground cabling and mini substations, may occasionally cause extended outages and disruptions. These issues are being addressed as part of our broader infrastructure maintenance plan.
