Management is pleased to share that the proposed Coffee Shop has been officially approved by the Board of Directors. This follows the positive feedback and strong interest expressed in our recent resident questionnaire.

This is truly an exciting new addition to our Estate of Choice, offering a welcoming space to enjoy your daily coffee, connect with your neighbours and / or to simply relax in a comfortable setting.

We are currently awaiting the detailed project plan and construction timeline from the development team. Once we have these, we shall share the next steps and keep you informed as the project progresses.

In the meantime, here’s a first look at what’s to come!
