Perimeter Fence Reinstallation – Resident Cooperation Requested

Perimeter Fence Reinstallation – Resident Cooperation Requested

Dear Woodhill Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the Woodhill Homeowners Association (WHOA), with the support of Xone Security, is proceeding with the reinstallation of our estate’s perimeter fence.

Given the security incidents experienced in recent times, this project marks a vital step toward strengthening our estate’s safety and should be a welcome development for all. We are happy to report that work is progressing smoothly and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who has supported us during the initial phases.

As the project continues, we kindly ask for the cooperation of residents whose homes border the perimeter fence. When work is scheduled to take place behind your property, our team will contact you in advance to ensure there are no surprises and to coordinate access as needed.

Please also take note of the following estate rules relevant to the perimeter fence:

1.1 Boundary Walls and Fences
Properties located along the estate boundary fall under the Association’s right to erect, inspect, maintain, repair, or upgrade the perimeter wall/fence. Any such work will be carried out with minimal encroachment onto the erf, though the specifications and dimensions remain at the Association’s discretion. The Association and its representatives are entitled to access these erven to perform the necessary work.

1.3 Security
1.3.15 Owners and residents must ensure that no trees, shrubs, or other objects on their property interfere with the estate’s perimeter wall or fence in a way that could compromise its effectiveness. Should interference occur, the resident is required to take immediate action to resolve the issue. If not addressed within 14 days of written notice, the Association reserves the right to carry out the necessary work and recover the costs from the property owner.

We understand that this work may cause some inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and continued cooperation as we enhance our estate’s security infrastructure.

Thank you for your support.

Best Regards,
Management
