Xone Security, in partnership with the Woodhill Homeowners Association (WHOA), has noted an increasing number of items – such as trailers, boats, tools and other equipment being stored in front of properties, visible from the street.

While we understand that the community guidelines can sometimes be overlooked, we would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind all residents of the following rule:

Rule 1.6 – Streetscape

1.6.3  Caravans, Wendy houses, tents, jungle gyms, trailers, boats, equipment, tools, engines, generators, water tanks, vehicle parts as well as accommodation for pets, must be located out of view and screened from neighbouring properties and the street.

Our goal in sharing this reminder is to encourage voluntary compliance and maintain the aesthetic and harmony of our beautiful estate. By addressing this proactively, we hope to avoid the need for any formal follow-ups or penalties.
