Maintenance Projects Update
Dear Residents, Members
This serves as an update on the maintenance and improvement projects currently underway within the estate. As we continue investing in our facilities and shared spaces, we remain committed to maintaining exceptional standards, aesthetics and lifestyle that make us the Estate of Choice.
We are pleased to advise that the tennis court resurfacing project is nearing completion. The courts will officially reopen on Monday, 27 July – and we look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy the upgraded facilities.
You will also notice that construction work has commenced along the stream behind the 9th green. For the safety of all residents and visitors, the area has been securely fenced off for the duration of the project. The works are expected to be completed by the end of August. This project forms part of our ongoing course enhancement programme and is designed to preserve the estate’s distinctive aesthetic by maintaining the same look, feel and natural flow of the cladding and finishes already featured throughout the golf course, pathways and clubhouse.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed. The team is confident that these enhancements will further contribute to the beauty, functionality and long-term value of our beautiful estate.
