This concept contributes to the expanded exclusive offering to residents, members and golfers, all within the borders of our estate. Fever Tree’s Executive “Chef”
Adrian qualified at the prestigious Prue Lieth College of Food and Wine in 2004. He started his career at the world-renowned Rovos Rail, as Junior Chef but within a very short time, was promoted to Head Chef – for a period of 5 years. The next couple of years were spent at the flagship lodge, Karula, followed by becoming Executive Chef at Boschemeer Country Club in Paarl.
Adrian then decided to move towards the golfing world where he joined the team at Centurion Country Club which was a huge success! His impact and efforts did not go unnoticed and the opportunity at Woodhill became available in 2020, which he grabbed with both hands. Adrian is now in charge of the various food outlets at Woodhill’s clubhouse.
