Estate Security Enhancement Project – Progress Update
Dear Residents,
Management is pleased to share an exciting update on the progress of our Estate’s Security Enhancement Project.
Following our previous communication and project plan, we are delighted to announce that the perimeter fencing upgrade has been added to the project scope. This is an important addition that will further strengthen the overall security infrastructure of our beautiful Estate.
We are also pleased to report that Phase 1 of the project – the Control Room Upgrade – is approximately 90% complete. The team is very encouraged by the progress made to date and look forward to moving into the next important phase of the project. The key focus areas will be the installation of the perimeter cameras and the upgrading of the perimeter fencing. Together, these enhancements will significantly strengthen our ability to monitor, protect and secure the Estate.
We would also like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation to our Security Sub-Committee for their ongoing support, valuable input, time and hands-on assistance throughout this process. Their commitment and involvement have played and important role in ensuring we are able to move this project forward efficiently, to a high standard and with the security of our residents firmly at the forefront. Security remains a priority for us, and we are committed to continually improving the systems, infrastructure and measures that help keep our residents, families and Estate safe.
